This was the first of Kevin Campbell’s maps to catch my eye. The scratchy heavy outlining and contrast, the non-squareness (without the extreme organic feel of last week’s map), and just the sheer cool factor.

This definitely feels like a temple of some kind, dug into the heavy rock of a mountain face. While my mind immediately goes to the Chaos Cults, this I feel would be a great temple to the jealous god Grome, lord of the earth, who’s rights are always performed in the pure darkness of deep underground temples.
