The Magi Kevin Hoar lives just outside of town. At least he did until the other day. Something has obviously gone wrong and the house along with the hillside it was built against were wrapped in a massive globe of magical ice for the past few days. Then just as suddenly as it appeared, this morning the ice was gone.
